I didn’t set out to create a traditional digital service

and I definitely didn't plan on creating an agency.

I’ve heard too many stories of people being overcharged, misled, or pushed into things that didn’t work for them - simply because they weren’t digital specialists and didn’t know what they didn’t know.

I’ve seen teams left with websites, brands or systems they couldn’t use or maintain.

I’ve seen digital work feel overwhelming, expensive and unnecessarily complicated.

And teams trying to hold it all together without the time or headspace to step back and fix it.

That never sat right with me.

What I wanted to do was something simpler, and more useful:

help people make sense of digital, websites, brand and communications and actually move things forward.

I work with individuals, charities, grassroots organisations and small teams to solve problems across digital, websites, brand and communications.

Sometimes that means creating something new, sometimes it's improving what’s already there. Always, it's about figuring out what's not working, what's missing or what needs to do better, and what the first steps should be.

I bring experience across all of these areas, but more importantly, I know how to apply it in a way that’s practical, realistic and right for you.

Experience that understands your reality

A lot of the organisations and individuals I’ve worked with haven’t had big budgets, large teams, or easy access to specialist support.

My experience across the charity sector, higher education and the NHS has shaped how I work - because I understand the pressures that come with needing to deliver meaningful work, often with limited time, resource and funding.

I know what it’s like to:

Need the right tools or skills, but feel like they’re out of reach

Make decisions carefully because budgets are tight

Balance competing priorities with very little capacity

What this means for you

I don’t overcomplicate things or recommend solutions that aren’t realistic.

Instead, I focus on making the most of what you already have, identifying practical, cost-effective ways forward, helping you access the right tools and approaches without unnecessary spend, and giving you the confidence to make decisions that will actually work in your context

You don’t need everything to be perfect or fully resourced to make progress.

You just need the right support, the right thinking, and a way forward that fits your reality.
