A family-run heating and plumbing company founded by lifelong friends Chris Hirst and Tony O’Neill.
They had taken the initiative to design and build their own website but, like many small businesses, it hadn’t delivered the results they needed. They got in contact with me to explore what could be done to improve and optimise the platform.
